What People's Say About Place

This place was really good. Ad if you watch my reviews, you know I have to try a lot of items from the menu. Drinks were good and garnished well. The place is a little small for the amount of tables they have in there. It was hard to walk through which could be a fire hazard. But other than the employees were very nice. Food wasn’t that expensive. I don’t recommend the regular devil eggs, chicken and waffle or steak and eggs. But I do highly recommend the French toast platter, jerk chicken Alfredo omelette, and the mimosa sunrise. Seafood gumbo was also my top favorite! I would go back on a less crowded day.

I really enjoyed the vibe at The Brunchery. The atmosphere was great and the music was jamming, which made the brunch experience even better. The food was on point and the service was top-notch. Our server, Ivonne, was phenomenal, very attentive and friendly throughout the entire visit. She really helped make the experience enjoyable. I would definitely go back again!

We visited for our anniversary today and they did not disappoint We arrived at 12pm and had to wait about 10 minutes. It was packed. The food was delicious! My husband and I ordered the mega French toast flight, jerk chicken Alfredo omelette, spinach omelette and side of bacon. Our drinks were orange juice and Irish coffee. The coffee was STRONG Lol I told my server I couldn’t handle it and asked for a regular coffee. He switched it out with no problem. Our server was great, kept checking on us. The atmosphere was chill. The music was good and because of the amount of people it was loud. It was smaller than expected but I really enjoyed the coziness. Parking was a headache, we ended up paying for parking in the building across the street. We will come back when it’s warmer outside.

I’ve been dying to come here for the past 2 years and I’m so happy I finally got to experience “The Brunchery.” Beautiful cozy brunch spot perfect for a brunch date with your significant other or friends! The mimosa flights were good. Next time, I’ll try the margarita flights! The bacon flight was definitely interesting and very tasty if you like trying new things. The French toast flight was absolutely delicious!!! The corned beef hash skillet was also very tasty. Definitely will be returning!!

Food was great, service was great, only bad part was the wait time 45 minutes on a Sunday and the chef came out screaming at everyone (customers) to close the front door. Yes there were customers waiting around but none were trying to hold the doors open it’s just a lot of people coming in and out. I understand its cold outside and you don’t want the cold air to come in but there are better ways to handle that. I guess the place it so popular it won’t affect their business so they don’t care how they treat you.

Our experience at The Brunchery was great. A friend and I came in on a busy holiday afternoon and we had to wait for about 15 mins. Our waitstaff was very cordial and professional. The “fancy schmancy” salad I got was amazing. The place has a lively vibe. I wish the tables weren’t too close to each other but we had a nice time, nevertheless.

I love this place so much! Lauren K was our server and it was our first time there. She was soo personable and patient, she explained the menu in detail and really took the time to talk about the dishes & drinks. I really liked their espresso martinis. I drink these often at many restaurants throughout the city and I can confidently say their espresso martini is in my top 3. I randomly stopped by after running the 5k turkey trot but will definitely be adding this one to my list of recommendations I give to friends who vacation in Chicago.

Waited 30 minutes on a busy Sunday morning brunch. I had high hopes for this place since hearing of it. The food was ok and on the pricey side. We got our food quickly. The food didnt really wow me though. The environment was too loud for my taste. The tables are too close to the next. The flight drinks is overpriced. Love the restaurant decorations, cute!
